Armadillo Lens Design Studio ("I", "me", "my") operates this website. This policy explains what personal information I collect, why I collect it, and what happens to it.

What I collect
Information you give me. When you use the contact form on this site, I collect your first name, last name, email address, the service category you select, and whatever you write in the message field. I only receive this information if you choose to send it.
Information collected automatically. This site runs on Squarespace, which records basic analytics about visits — pages viewed, approximate location, referring site, browser and device type. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. Squarespace also sets cookies necessary for the site to function.
I do not use Google Analytics, advertising trackers, remarketing services, or social media login tools.
Why I collect it
I use the information from the contact form to answer your enquiry and, if we work together, to communicate about the project. I do not use it for marketing emails, and I do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
Who else processes it
Squarespace hosts this website and stores form submissions. Squarespace acts as a service provider and processes this data on my behalf. Their own privacy policy applies to their processing: squarespace.com/privacy
Google provides the email account I use to receive enquiries.
Apart from these service providers, your information is not shared with anyone. I may disclose information if legally required to do so.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry emails and form submissions for as long as they are relevant to a possible or ongoing working relationship, and delete them when they are no longer needed. You can ask me to delete your data at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act, or the GDPR. I am happy to honor requests under those laws regardless of where you are based.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect information from them.
Security
Form submissions are stored by Squarespace and transmitted over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
If I change this policy, I will update the date at the top of this page.
